Hampton Inn By Hilton Fort Smith

The location was convenient for traveling around Fort Smith, not far from restaurants and Fort Smith.

Such a comfortable room and loved the indoor pool! And the breakfast was really great.

Overcrowded pool&spa..went down 2or times couldn't use.toilet ran all night. after flushing.furniture was older in our room..looked to be from the 80's..

Location was good

Wasn't as comfortable as our stay there a year before. We asked for a quiet room some we had just been driving 13 hours. Then we hear 3 children laughing and screaming in room next to us. Find out there were 3 adults and 3 little kids staying in there. Was a hassle to move and staff didn't accommodate. Horrible construction going on at hotel, but absolutely no discounts given.

Remodeling

The staff were helpful, even greeting us by name on the TV in our room. Breakfast was a highlight, especially the homemade rolls and delicious biscuits and gravy. While the cleanliness was commendable, my room lacked an in-room coffee maker, which would have enhanced the experience.

Location to dining.

No early morning shuttle service. Had I known that I would have booked another hotel that was less expensive. My sole reason for booking this hotel was for the use of the shuttle. The hotel was "Happy" to call a taxi for me.

Personnel were marvelous! Pool was good. Room was very good.

The property is in the process of remodeling, which caused no problems. It just seemed dangerous as I pulled up to the entrance which has scaffolding all around.

Had a blast with my friends ! The pool was awesome and we enjoyed the breakfast options, especially those smoothies. We had time to explore local attractions like the Riverfront Park and the historic downtown area. Definitely, a comfy spot to unwind after a long day out.

I was there heading to nm for a funeral the hotel was in an easy to get location. Breakfast was excellent.

The beds were not comfortable, but I also sleep on a TEMPURA-Cloud Luxe Breeze 13. The fire alarm went off repeatedly during the two nights we stayed there, to and from nm. The hotel was very loud during the early part of evening but got quiet after around 2 am.

The hampton inn was great for my family! The indoor pool was a hit with my kids, especially the wadding pool for my little one. Breakfast was served until 10, which gave us flexibility. I loved the variety offered, from omelettes to fresh fruit. The friendly staff was always around to help.

The room turned out to be fabulous and immaculate with a king bed, slippers, spa tub. We had coffee/tea makers, a refrigerator and a washing machine. The location was fantastic in the Fort Smith area, the staff were eager to help.
